Our "Fermented vegetables" is a delicious mixture of common and less common vegetables, which has undergone lactic fermentation (like sauerkraut). We’ve improved the taste even further by adding the spicy tang of apple cider vinegar.
Composition:mix of naturally fermented vegetables 72% (cabbage, carrot, onion, celery, parsnip, butternut squash, black radish, brussel sprouts, horseradish and salt), water, apple cider vinegar (4.6%), sugar, seasoning (contains mustard)
The Slavs have always loved fermented vegetables, and this is becoming popular again as a way of preserving
produce from gardens and fields. The fermentation process gives the vegetables a pleasantly sour taste;
they are easy to digest and contain lots of vitamins. Our choice of vegetables suits the climate of the
Jeseníky foothills, so we have used vegetables that our ancestors could have grown in this region.
